We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

• Digital products (including eBooks, downloads, and online materials)
• Hygiene-sensitive products (including lashes, adhesives, liquids, tools, and accessories) once opened or used
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@blinkingprettyuk.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued.
