Please allow 1-3 days processing time before your order is shipped. Shipping takes place Monday to Friday via Royal Mail. You’ll receive an email along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

COLLECTION / CUSTOMER PICK UP

Collection is also available from my lash studio. Order must be placed before 12pm to be available for same day collection. Collection is only available on certain days so message me beforehand, to make sure that you’ll be able to collect on the day you want to.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We do not offer returns or refunds on any items for products, due to hygiene purposes.

We do not withhold responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.

If a product is faulty, you’ll be given the choice of exchanging it for the same product or a refund will be given in store credit.

Any issues that you have with your products or items please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

If your items were damaged during the shipping process - they are also eligible for exchange. However you must be able to provide picture evidence of the damage and you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs when sending items back for exchange or store credit.
